Her it goes; Use light waights, high reps in the 15-20 reps per set, do it in a circute fashion, this is not to make you sore, it just strikly to depleat your glucogen levels. i would go with 1-0-1 tempo, 1 second positive, no rest, 1 second negative...here is an exemple of a work i would do:
squats (45lbs a side x 20 reps, remember light waights)
    dumbell bench press
    seated rows
    leg curls
    shoulder press
    pulldowns to the front
    calf rises
    pushdowns
    straight bar curls
    leg extensions
    peck deck or fly machine
    bent over laterals
    side laterals
still leg deadlifts with no weight
    crunch
I will take no breaks between sets, just walk from one machine the another, this should take around 15-20min per circute, i would repeat 4-5 times for a total of around 1 1/2 hours or so, remember use light waeights just going through the motions, that's all...and then hit some simple carbs...ricecakes are my new favorite here first 2 meals 100gm of simple carbs from ricecakes...damn i stil got 4 1/2 weeks before that joy... well that's what i have done in the past, i feel it works great...i have all my athletes do it...so when is the show...and knock them dead Bro...good luck...XXL
