    stallone's training split ???

    "Franco columbo worked out a program for Stallone based on a two day double split:"

    MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY

    Morning: Chest, back, abs

    Afternoon: Shoulders, arms, abs

    TUESDAY/THURSDAY/SATURDAY

    Morning: Calves, thighs

    Afternoon: Rear delts, traps, abs

    can someone explaing this type of workout to me because everyone has always told me to train one body part a week but yet big shot franco columbo gets asked to train stallone for 6 weeks and at the end of the 6 weeks stallone's 10 pounds heavy from this routine !!!

    Yeah pretty much what he said but the simple fact is if you are like the most of us and have a normal job than once a week is all you can about handle and not overtrain. The pros live breath and sleep BB. They sleep eat sleep eat train eat sleep eat train eat sleep and thats how they can grow to massive size not to mention the AS but even if you take the amounts they do you cant get that enormous because you just don't have the means to (i know it sucks but hey we do what we can and can drewl over there size hahaha) The as helps them to not overtrain.

    i don't care who you are thats a lotta training especially if your going heavy shit i am on juice and i still get a little sore, but hey this is the Italian Stallion we are talking about he can do anything he wants, except be in a good post cliffhanger movie lol
