    height ?? as a light heavy ??

    how tall could a person be and still be competetive as a light heavy
    at a small show

    I saw a Lt Hvy win the division at 6'3 and maybe 190, at a small natural show in MI.

    wow.....6'3.....i would think most of them are shorter.........my bf used to compete as a light heavyweight and hes like 5'6..............

    5'6 as a light hvy is pretty frickin big.

    Don't get me wrong, he didn't look huge because of his height, but it was a small show and he came in very tight, not that full, but very low BF. And thats kinda my point, as long as you come in very tight, you will always be competitive.

    I saw a pic of some guy on some forum like last week or so(can't remember where), the guy was 6'3 or so at 247lbs and he honestly still looked small, he still just didn't have quite enough to fill out his frame.

    5'5 up to 5'10 is about best for any size in light heavy... after that you look thin... unless you are doing a small local show then you could maybe pull it off...
