quite a few, youll have to find your states NPC site, then learn how to diet for the comp, and pose.......not hard if you really interested.

I would not advise going with DD's approach, it is very difficult to find good comp advice and info on the net.

It would be best to find a trainer in your area who preps alot of people every year or to talk to some guys in your area who have competed then go from there. Have someone else prep you for the show and have them do the work.

agree, find a trainer that specialzes in bodybuilding, i actually just found a good one and am working with him, its nice to have people telling you exactly what needs to be done, what state are you in

I learned most of what i know from online here on the boards. I go to TONS of boards and know who to listen to and who not too though. I just competed for the first time and with only the help of the bros on the boards i took 4th in a tough class. :)
