    Silver Fox Or Mike Xxl Pls Help!

    As you know im around 3 days out from my show and am suffering from constipation now ... my stomach is very bloated and also holding alot of water because of it, mentally its hard to deal with because my abs look smooth and im so close to the show .... are there any ideas on what to do?
    or just get a laxative until the show???

    WOW that's a new one for me...i would hold of till friday night with laxatives, they can through your body into an inbalance, unless it is very uncomfotable i would hold of untill then...as for water, once you use some diuretics on friday and cut your water all bloat should leave...hope that helps...good luck...XXL

    Isn't low carbs FUN! Try Metamusle(sp) or something similar. Really just high fibre drink, will not flush you out.

    Yeah, once you start upping your carbs, everything should start to pass.

    I've never heard of anyone being constipated neither... usually the other way around

    ****... 95 huh... that's nuts. I think I'll be doing another week of morning cardio this week

    I was at 190lbs this morning and things are tightening up pretty good. My legs have come in real good. The rest of me still needs a bit. Hopefully it's all water too.

    That was from 3-4 days ago. Just did my last leg workout the other day so they should tighten up a bit more again.
