12 wks out and cruising along.

    Started 16 wks out: 226 lbs, 5f 9, 14% bf

    12 wks out: 214 lbs, 11% bf

getting really accustomed to this style of dieting i am doing....i may not be very popular anymore but it gets the job done( 2 days 0 carbs-->thats right, 1 day 150g carbs)

The inches are melting of the waistline and i am as strong as i have ever been.cardio is going from 30 min am on empty stomach up to 40 min( 6 times wk)

    Think i am on track?

Be carefully with carbs that low and cardio that high, Personally i would be worried about losing LBM. You don't say what your fat/protien grams are, but you would need 400g plus protien and 100-150g of fat MIN. to maintain your muscle.

thankx for the reply silverfox....as for your concern i eat 7 meals a day and each meal contain 50g/protein. As for the fat intake, flax oil is the way to go for me ( 3 servings at 20g of fat a piece+ all the other fats contained in other food and 3 shakes i take in )

    Bottom line: protein:350g/day
    fat: roughly 100-120g/day

I also rely on a strong androgen intake when dieting down, but this only applys for this type of dieting.

    EX:-16 wks out:226 lbs, 14%,28 1/2 quads, 18 3/4 arms, 36 waist
    -now 11.5 wks out:214 lbs, 9.8%, 28 1/4 quads, 18 1/2 arms, 33.5 waist

*i measure every just for this purpose( make sure i hold on to my muscle)

Fell free to tell me what you think.

Not really all that bad of a diet. I do something similar but I have a big carb up every forth day. BTW, pretty amazing losing so much off the waist, best place to lose it from.

Well everyone is different for sure, just remeber no amount of drugs will help you hold mucsle if your calories get to low. I have learned that the hard way. Keep a close eye on things. You MAY want to bump fat intake up some, but play it by ear.

Likewise. I learned the hard way also, tough lesson, but a very important one. Playing it by ear can be a lil tricky especially with some of the mind games. I would suggest coming up with a plan(or someone else helping you) and not making changes like every single day which happens to alot of 1st timers, especially the closer the contest gets.

Good point, get a plan and stay with the play, make adjustments next time. Also someone with a good eye, maybe a judge is your area that can give you feedback is VERY helpful. Make sure it's someone who will not just blow smoke up your ass. You need honest information.

Your BP being low or lower could be from cardio clean eating. Could mean your too depleted, or red count is way down. Cheat meals are good idea in fact, at least one or two High carb days would probably help, maybe 1 clean day 350-400g and one day with clean plus 1 cheat.
