eat protein. If you are getting stronger workout to workout, your gonna grow doing what your doing. if you are NOT making strength gains, up protein until you do. add in some fats. keep the carbs low to trace at night.
protein is the key. and weight is really a bullshit way to judge whether or not you are growing. well, going only by the scale. get stronger, keep looking in the mirror so not fat gain, and eat that protein, it is the key.
