    Smarty Jones - Typical Philly Sports Story

    Smarty came in 2nd place, just like every other sports Philly's involved with. Eagles, Flyers, Phillies, 76ers, and now Smarty. Makes me ashamed. Ronald Reagan died to. Too bad the war on drugs didn't die with him.

    Smarty should have won that race...The jocky took him out too fast from the gate. That's what killed him in the long stretch.
