When I play a video on the net, it downloads

to where? If it is temporary files, How do I find it? What is it under?

next time tell it to download to your desktop,

if youa re in windows xp it will be c:\documents and settings\worldknown\local settings\temporary internet files. Replace worldknown with your username. good luck bro. If you are in windows 98 or 2000 let me know and i can tell you wehre it is.
