    What a joke, I guarantee every athlete was aware of this, no surprises, they know the detection times and what they need to do to get away with it. You can't compete without the drugs, if the Olympic commitee ever actually took the measures to really ban drugs, no athlete would even be able to qualify for their natl team, let alone break records, which would also force the IOC to admit that all the records were made with drugs which would not go well the general audiences, sponsors, etc. It would have traumatic effects.
