Whats funny is I work in best buy computers and I should totally know this quetsion. But I don't...so

Can I hook my computer up to a 32 inch TV if my Computer doesn't have an S-Video output. Is there a monitor por to S-video converter?

The quality sucks using those video cards with rca/s-video fittings, however you can pick these up online or at your local wholesaler for under 40 bucks.
