I am no longer a virgin...
You can all be proud of me.....I threw up in the gym today after my Leg workout....::sniffle sniffle:: I'm so proud....

hmmm, never thrown up after a workout myself. Pretty much passed out from exhaustion yes, throw up, no.

i HATE leg days with a passion, ive thrown up on bench days though. only 1 time i puked on leg days, and it wasnt even from training it was cuzz i ate some ****ed up taco bell before i went to the gym.

im happy to say that not only did i never throw up or pass out but never even felt the urge.

I feel the urge allright, pretty much every time I do legs. Only threw 4 times though.

I used to throw up all the time when I was younger, round 16,17, or so. I actually had to stop working out for a while cuz it was gettin bad. Now....I have thrown up a few times in the last year.....but it's great. Congrats for poppin yer cherry!! lol

I fell down after my leg work out last week lol and the week before I fell down the stairs.. it hurt lol.. don't do 10 sets of 10 for squats!

I had one hell of a leg workout yesterday, god**** i feel rough today. I feel exhausted.
Anyone else get like this the day after? I got more sleep last night too and did not wake up for cardio i was so **** exhausted.

I've came close to puking on leg days a couple times when i first started lifting. I still get light headed though on occasion, and especially w/ deadlifts

i fell on my ass a couple of time from total exhaustion but never puked wil lifting. dang it been 3 years since i havnt puke!! i miss the JD night...

Yep..gotta love it. I've fallen on my ass before from exhaustion, but this was the first time I blew chunks....ahh.......such a great feeling...

Haha thats kind of funny, because last week was the first time that ever happen to me. I fell in the squat rack, and while i was laying there i felt the urge, and then blah. wicked gross

Thought I was weird for doing that, happens alot after squats, and almost everytime after deadlifts. I thought I had a problem. I'm always scared though that people are gonna think I'm bullemic when they see me kneeling in the stall puking.

Why did I have to read this thread. I'm feeling ill now. And legs is tomorrow for me. I hope I don't get into this power of suggestion. I haven't ralphed in a while at the gym.
