    Didn't bulk during prime ages 16 - 20. L-T impact?

I started training at 18, but I didn't bulk to take advantage of my natural test. I was aiming for only moderate size and definition. I'm 29 now, and I realize that a better strategy may have been to bulk during these years and then cut later. My question is whether this matters now, if diet / training / cardio etc. is all in order. Tks

I've only recently started to apply the knowledge I have gained from this board, and I am seeing great results. I'm natural and not considering AS. I'm just wondering if I had employed these training & diet strategies earlier, with a focus on bulking during the ages 16-20 and cutting later, whether my current physique would be much better.
