Im looking to step out of the 1950's and enter the present w/ purchasing a cell phone. I wont use it as often as ya'll probally do. Im looking for the CHEAPEST plan they have. Ill use it maybe 10 minutes (okay mybe 20 mintues) a month. I just need to be available at all times.

Any advice gentlemen?
