Strenght and size for martial arts. I fight at heavy weight.
I also like to know I'm looking good, that make me feel good so over all I get a feeling of wellbeing from training.
I love the comments, both good and bad about my size, the size of my arms and shoulders, that kind of thing.

i really dont know how to word this...i train because of the potential of the body....i train to reach the upmost of efficiency because i look at the body as kind of a machine. and we are able to train to make our bodies strong, fit, ...i dont know, every other word we use ... if we dont train, we are just wasting our bodies potential and it drives me insane that lazy people not only waste their bodies, but make it worse. that sounds dumb huh..
i train for strength first, then size. but size to me doesnt mean the biggest. i train for the best size that i can find where i can be the strongest without losing flexibility and running, etc. i want that perfect medium between size/strength/fitness. for me, at 6'1", it was when i was at around 215lbs.

I train for two things.
To stay on top of my fighting game.
and to be far better looking and better built than the average jelly dounts walking around this city.
P.S> I live in the fattest City in the Midwest according to a recent poll.

I train because I am programmed to.
If I am forced to stop I'd go insane.

Used to be just to be big, then to be extremely cut. Now it's to become a ****in' machine. A super athlete.
My flexibility is excellent, I can run a mile in just over 6:00 and I can almost crank out 100 push ups. I'm 6'1" and weigh 210 and have less then 10% bodyfat and can sprint 100 yards in 11 seconds. I can dunk a basketball.
I play so many sports that traditional bodybuilding did me more bad then good in terms of performance. I just modify my bodybuilding routines and add in a ton of stretching and cardio alongside carbs with low to no sodium.
I ****in' love it.

Im started out cause I was an insecure skinny punk who ended up doing the worst things to "make up for it", I hated my body. Incarceration taught me about bb and training.
The bug bit me and 13 years later I know that its something that I will always do, something noone can take away from me.
My muscles, every little ounce of them. To me represent a medal of dedication, a symbol of my achievement, a badge of love for the iron.
and of course the poon.

Well.. I could probably never work out, and maintain a healthy life style, but I look at how many obeise people there are, and I would wrather bust my balls with all the supplements, and for a period of time put my body through some unhealthy conditions to be in the end healthier then probably 98% of the population. Whether or not you think it is unhealthy, what you are doing is extremly healthy, as long as youre not one of the dumb ass 18 year olds who comes on here to do a cycle at 160lbs.

cardinal sins, anyone?
How about this:
Is it a bigger thrill to know that every woman in the bar wants to HAVE you, or that every guy in the bar wants to BE you? What really pumps your ego; being an object of lust... or of envy?

Beacuse it makes me happy.
And I love the fact that that it involves my whole day. Every meal I have revolves around bb, every nap I take, everytime I sleep or do whatever I think about how will this positively reflect on bb goals!
I started coz I was the weak fat kid that got beat up a lot, now its enough to just give someone a nasty look and they back off.....and I LOVE it when people make comments about my body....Last edited by bor; 06-27-2005 at 01:55 PM.

working out can be as addictive as any drug, i know i am addicted.. if i take off longer than two days and don't work out or do cardio i don't feel normall at all.. from the moment i wake up all that i think is "gotta go to the gym".. i never go on any trips that are longer than two days if i know i won't be able to find a gym.
