    I can't log in to any sites. Help Please

    Ok i can go to yahoo mail but when I enter my scren name and password and click log in it sends me to an error page. I cant sign into anything every site that requries me to enter a password and log in when i hit log on it sends me to an error page. What can I do to fix this i think its probably something fairly simple. Any suggestions please?
