    blood work

dam this is the first time i've been for a blood test and at a proper steroid clinic

thay checked my diet over and said i shoulden't be taking 330 gram's of protein everyday instead i should be taking 170 gram's. Told me to replace my pro/dex shake after training with just milk i was like WTF. then got my body fat tested 8.3 i know just from looking its about 12-13% at the minute

then onto getting my blood taken i ****ing hate needle's IV ****ing hate it

    thay asked me where about's i inject i told them i've injected into my glute's quad's bi's tri's lat's trap's pec's delt's

so i had to see someone else because i just don't inject in my glute's

so i was talking to this man about it and he was cool new that i knew my shit and i was safe he was like steroid's arent site pecific i was like i know i only rotate to cut down on scar tissue

get my result's next week hope everything's good to go

I wouldn't know where to get a blood test done Should you have one done after a cycle or every so often? I probably sound a right dumb ass.

really you should get one done before your cycle and one a few week's after pct unless your running a really long cycle then you should get some done while you on as well

I just had my blood work done as well; my damn cholesterol level at 239. I'll have to tune a few things with my diet, but i know for fact that i was abusing the cheat meal privilege i have allowed myself.

Sage, u are punished, now go stand in the corner u little bastard!!!

Ermm, you could increase the milk thistle dose as suggested. Just trying to think what else helps protect the liver....

I thought to get any op done for free on the NHS you had to prove it was effecting your life, etc. My doctor didnt really see how much it effects me so took it no further. The NHS only uses general surgeons instead of plastic surgeons, in the free jobs... so i have been told.

I just went to my doc she sent me to the endo, he gave me nolva, he wanted me to use it 20mg a day to see if it went away, i just saved it all for my cycles. So i told him it didnt do anything, he said your only option is surgery then and told me to get back to him when i was ready! Dint say anything about any psychological crap or nethin and it certainly aint gona cost me 8 grand!

Do you have gyno bro? How bad is it?

If it gets you down as much as it does me, then go and see your doc.

Sorry Stocky. Diverted abit from your thread topic.

bump the milk thistle up to 1 gram ed at least take N.A.C abreviated for what was listed at 1200mg ed

and take alpha lipoic acid at around 300mg ed retest within 3-4 weeks and youll be fine.
