    weight decreased should Kcals drop too?

    i started cutting at around 197lbs now im at 188lbs should i reduce kcals now since im lighter what do you guys think

    are you still loosing weight @ 1-2lbs a week?

    yes you should. reduce by about 30 calories per pound lost to get total needed.

    would it still be the same if I did the harris benedict formula over again to see my new amounts...

    the harris benedict formula says inorder for me to loose weight i need to eat 2600kcals does that sound right to you guys. Cuz currently i was eating 2400kcals..

    If that's no more than 500 less than your maintanance, then your straight.
