    turkey meat

    any of you bruhs eat turkey meat,im getting sick of chicken and tuna
    I was thinking of buying a big turkey and carving it up

    turkey is great bro. . .i eat it as much as i can. . . super high protein and low and everything esle.(not the deli meat of course)

    Ya, I buy the lean ground protein... It's a welcome change from tuna - chicken all the time.

    why are lunch meats so bad? is it becuase of the salt?

    The sodium is high yes, and it is not a high qulaity source of protein

    Most actually are. I eat turkey from the deli quite often. The only issue is the sodium. Just drink plenty of water and you'll be fine.
