Eating 6 meals a day and cannot seem to take a crap
Hey i can't seem to take a dump these days. I'm thinking that it is the amount of food i'm eating thats clumping up my stomach. Should i eat less meals with more macronutrients in each or vice versa? Also does not taking a dump for 2-3 make you gain fat?

I am not sure how healthy / unhealthy it is to "dump" only every few days is, but what about a fiber supplement, or possibly up your fiber intake in a few of the 6 meals.

Instead of taking flax oil.. get some seeds and eat 3 tablespoons with each fat/pro meal.. you'll be crapping in no time..

You need to eat some fibrous veggies, and do it now. DO NOT try and force a ****ter out right now, if it's been 3 days. Get prune juice. It will hurt...it might rip if you don't. Yes, I've been there. No, it wasn't one of my better days.

You will be dropping a duece soon enough. If you go 5 days I would have a doctor look at you, you might have a bacterial infection from divirticulitus or something might be impacted.

It's happened to me, and besides, I was kidding.
Hence the "LOL" emoticon, thus explaining the joking nature of the said post.

understood. realized that. :-) just it is funny to hear about until it starts to get to the point where you get worried, then you have to talk to people about it, then you go see a pharmacist at the drug store, then it keeps up and you have to go tell a nice female doctor who gets to place her hand all around below your waste feeling for an obstruction (not all bad). Anyway it can be serious, I had to see the doctor once and made some permanent eating changes and smooth sailing from then on. It's amazing how much damage you can do to your body when you are a kid eating no fiber and then struggling to go to the bathroom, payback time down the road.
