    Sushi

    How many times/month do you eat it? I try and eat it atlest once every week. I just love it! I know the rice isnt the best but the protein/good fats must compensate that.
    I think ill go get some right now!

    Yeah, not only is the rice not the best, when you couple the white rice w/the "good" fats, well, you know the rest of THAT story.

    I think he means the white rice, which has a high GI and GL, will raise insulin levels. Which will cause the body to store much of those "healthy" fats. Am I right swole?

    i hit the sushi joint once a week, always get the sashimi(no rice) i get the salmon and tuna NO CARBS
