Insane increase in hunger and cravings

The last 2 weeks have been utterly totaly horrible. My mind is SO SO sic of dieting now that I feel like Im about to have a total mental breakdown. **** right now Im so hungry and crave **** like cheesecake so much that I want to cry god **** it
Does cravings get worse and worse the longer a diet has progressed? I have been dieting now since end of january and I have never feelt hunger like this before. This hunger isnt just a pain in the ass, its ****ing depressing and horrible.

But I know Im not eating to little atleast cause Im still gaining like a madman on all lifts.

Yes they can get pretty intense, but it's all a mental game brother. Your desire to succeed has to be stronger than giving on snacking on bad foods. Just pound down some water or caffiene to curb the pangs. 75% of the time we crave to snack, our body is actually thirsty.

You may need to change your diet up a bit.

Have you tried an eca stack to help with the cravings and hunger?

I can't wait to start bulking again, but for now I just sit here counting the minutes until my next meal.

Dude drink some diet soda.... it helps me big time. The carbonation makes me feel full.... drink a couple cans if you have to. Just make sure to drink adequate water so you won't retain any.

Then spread your intake out to include when you usually get hunger cravings.

Water always seems to help me out, if I get real hungry and it's not time to eat i'll drink a huge glass of water.

Sugar free Jell-O is also a great addition, along with the diet soda. I love me some Jell-O, my wife just rolls her eyes at me when I start loading the shopping cart with boxes of it.
