Dude I want to see this article.... post it here.

That is the most stupid idea ever.... eating 5-6 times a day is the way you should eat. Now eating 5-6 times a day with meals too big will obviously make you fat. The idea behind eating more times with smaller portions is to keep your metabolism steady all day long and give your body very little chance of storing fat since the meals are so small and spaced apart. Lipolysis is only blunted when carbs are eaten.

Well, this would mean that you can't burn fat even if you ate 1000kcal's but all coming from carbs and that you could burn fat even when eating 5000kcal but with no carbs present. Sounds like horse ****, doesn't it ? I know you guys advocate swole's dieting methods (nutrient timing etc) and that's fine, I'm sure he knows his business and it works. But remember that it's only one way of doing things. Many bodybuilders use 30p/60c/10f ratios when dieting
    and they get ripped.

P.S. Sorry for my crappy english

Okay this is the most basic idea of dieting.. creating a calorie deficite makes you loose weight.. If you burn more cals then you eat you will lose weight.. fat and/or muscle. you can eat ice cream all day and if you burn more cals then you have eaten you will still lose weight.. mostly muscle but thats another story. The idea behind 5+ meals a day is to stimulate your metabolisim into thinking that it doesnt not need to store fat since its constantly has new food to use. of course if you eat 9000 cals and are 120 lbs your going to gain weight if that if 8000 of thoes cals are protein. and regarding to body builders getting ripped with the amout of gear they inject you can get jareds fat ass to be the size of ronnie. And being natural i wouldnt take advice about dieting form someone that has a needle attached to his ass...

Yeah, me too. Tuna in the house.......

Why does my name surface as well?? What do I have to do w/this??

"I know you advocate Swole's way", yada yada yada......

SwoleCat has HIS OWN programs, and they are customized, so I can assure you NO ONE here is doing anything "my way". I simply critique what is laid out, and there are some BASIC rules in the cutting/bulking stickies that I agree with, yes, but those are NOT MY WAYS. I didn't even write those things!

As well, there are many others who give advice here, more-so than I do actually, so to say "Swole's way" is assinine. Hang around and learn/read a bit and absorb before you make such ridiculous statements. You are excluding about 15 people who contribute help daily, even more-so than I, as I am quite busy.

The diet referred to initially is "Animabolics". Do a search and read about it, I'm not going into it whatsoever, as I have no comments on the procedure whatsoever. I will say that if eating 5-6 times a day makes you fat, then I must be one lucky son of a b*tch, because I eat 7-8 times a day.

Those who eat 60% carbs are also on every drug under the sun, or else they run the risk of losing just as much lean mass as they do fat. As well, there is no way in blue h*ll that you can diet on 60% carbs ALL THE WAY into a show.......you have to lower them, drop them, or up them at some time during the entire process, it never ALWAYS stays the same.

Your English is fine, no issues there.

Here is what I dont get. It seems as of late, we will have some newbie members who hang around the diet forum for awhile, see our train of thought about dieting, then run to their "home" forum where they may have different ideas on dieting and they gather their friends and have them sign up on here just so they can prove us wrong?

WTF, its like a fckin little child complex - "Maybe if I bring my big bad friend, all the other kids on the playground will like me and stop picking on me and now ill be able to play dodgeball too..."

Every so often I cruise some other forums and I see, what is in my opinion, some RIDICULOUS beliefs about dieting as Im sure some of the other regular members may see on other forums. We dont all gang up and go sign up over there to prove to them that we are all knowing.

Sorry for the rant guys, just finished my 45min of am cardio...gotta wait alittle longer before my first meal, its making me impacient and angry, lol.

I agree that is exactly what the "feel" is.

Too bad though, because if this is the ultimate goal of the said new members, their stay here will be quite short-lived.

Well, I have noticed that quite many people here in the diet forum repeat your instructions for dieting and I have understood that you recommed diet with basically carbs coming after training and on off days just pro/fat meals with veggies (yeah, kinda like animalbolics without apples ) so hence the swole's way.

If it doesn't work for you don't do it. No one is twisting your arm. I found great results through advice on this board. So have many others. If it has worked for so many, how can you say it is wrong?

allieoops - I'm posting this in your three diet threads because it could have an impact on the advise you receive. Judging by the number of times I've seen you referred to as "Bro", I don't think people realize that you are a female. You should go post an introduction in the "New Female Members" forum so Jason can give you access to the secured female section of the board.
