Simple and complex catbohydrates...

I am just writing down all the information regarding foods and dieting, and I was just wondering if someone could give me a site I can go to where it will give me a big list of simple and complex catbohydrates. I tried to look, but I cant seem to find much. Thanx

look for a site that lists food on the gi index.. High gi are usely simple while low are complex..
