    Dosage of Ephedrine..

    I always wondered since the serving size of Xenadrin RFA-1 used to be 2 caps do you ingest 50g of ephedra or 25.. Cause its weird that they would put 12.5g in each tablet.... ?

    Yea, Ive never asked, but always been curious on how to determine how much ephedra are in some of those products. FOR INSTANCE, if the bottle says it has 335mg of Ma Huang per two capsules and it is standardized for 6% ephedrine, do you multiply 335*(.06) and that is how many mg's of ephedrine you are consuming????

    I take 2 ephedrine hcl's (50g's) along with my caffiene and aspirin 2-3 times a day depending on how Im setting up my day.
