    vegetarian rut

    hi all--im a vegetarian looking to lose weight-I'm going to start a clen /cyto cycle but im not sure of the best things to eat in order to lose weight if my BMR is 1440--how many cals should i be intaking? what is the best thing to eat before and PWO? can i only have carbs after workout? What is the best protein shake to drink since i am supplementing most of my protein from shakes being a vege--please help!! thanks!

    you're going to have to be more specific than that.
    weight
    height
    how many meals you're eating per day
    what is your daily schedule like

    I wouldnt run t-3 if I were you, you're going to risk loosing alot of muscle with out any super supplementation. if you loose muscle you just going to look like a skinny fat person with no definition

    Yeah, t-3 and a vegetarian approach aren't exactly tools that will yield any results worth writing home about. Just being honest!

    allieoops - I'm posting this in your three diet threads because it could have an impact on the advise you receive. Judging by the number of times I've seen you referred to as "Bro", I don't think people realize that you are a female. You should go post an introduction in the "New Female Members" forum so Jason can give you access to the secured female section of the board.

    There are many more bros who can help other than SC. You need to post your diet and stats publicly as most os us will not respond to PM's.

    sorry about that no more PMs...
    last yr 100lbs very thin (for yrs)
    this yr 130 and it wont go away help lol

    im 5'2 and a vegetarian
    if anyone has any suggestions on foods that maximize burning fat and weightloss--please help!!

    Listen.... as I said in your other thread. Do your reading before you make everyone mad and they won't want to assist you. Then start a new thread with your diet. All the info you need is all over the forum I promise. And read the sticky at the top of the page.
