Is this OK?
My diet has been on point (except this last week when I graduated from College, but who can). Anywhew I'm back on track and I have a quick question. For my PWO shake I have been going 50g pro and 50g maltodextrose. I don't have any dextrose yet, and have been drinking a gatorade after my lifts. Is this OK? or should I increase the maltodextrose?

So you take half of your carbs from maltodextrin and the other half from gatorade? If this makes a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein than your straight
