    Body Fat Storage Issue

    Hey guys,

Ive got a bit of a problem and dont have a clue what to do, at present im 212lbs (6'2") i pretty much ripped all over, abs + Shoulder/arms are cut and vascular, but my glutes, hips, upper thighs are fat, real fat. To give you an indication i have a 32" waist and 43"hips.

Ultimately i want to get big all over, my thighs (28")/calves (18") are a long way ahead of the rest of my body (43.5" chest, arms 14.5") I dont have a clue what to do, one thing i do know is that the fat has to go, its getting drastic, but i dont want my already small upper body to by canabolised

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Striated!

Well, I'm sure you already know that you can't lose fat from a specific area - unless a surgeon does it. Read the sticky at the top of the diet forum titled How To Cut. It contains excellent advice on how to lose fat and keep your muscle mass. Come back here with any questions and we can help you out.

Read the sticky. Know the sticky. Live the sticky.

Ive read the sticky before, so its just a matter of cutting? If thats the case then im fine. I was thinking using an anti-estrogen (Nolva) In order to aid in losing the fat, as im sure its Female Pattern Fat Storage.

Just get the diet in check, and hit the cardio hard. You want atleast 6 times a week first thing in the A.M. keeping your heart rate between 65-75% Max.

If you have low test levels you'll have issues as well. May want to get those checked.

It's also hard to "see" what you are talking about w/no pics. Like being ripped all over, but not in the upper legs/ham area............it'd be good to see what you are working with, because sometimes we are our own worst critics.

I don't have low test levels (had blood work done in Jan) I really would like to put some pics up, but its embarressing I knew it was getting out of proportion, but it wasnt until i started getting comments at my gym that i started to really think about it.

The reason i was thinking nolva was because i read in another thread about it being useful for estrogenic related fat storage. Maybe the guy who posted got it wrong but here's the thread anyway http://67.18.108.244/showthread.php?...nolva+fat+loss

how do you position yourself when you sit? Observe how others around you sit, especially the ones with slim waists.

lol, just sit how you would if you were going to ride a bike. It should work your glutes and hammys good.

I been using nolva off-cycle and I've noticied a big difference especially around the back of my waist where I tend to hold fat. Of course diet and cardio comes first, but nolva has some great properties for getting rid of excess water. 10mgs a day has been working exceptionally well for me.

    Usual

Sounds interesting Usual, im thinking it could work well, obviously with diet and cardio in tune.

    Ive got a couple of questions regarding my diet;

+ How should i taper my cals/carbs etc... im thinking at starting around 2600 and week by week knocking off 50/100cals per day? i.e. week1 2600 per day week 2 2600 per day and so forth.

+When should i add cheat meals? in cuts in the past ive waited a strict two weeks before adding. Since the cals are not that low anyway in the beggining the body should not adapt too quickly.

+Is gradually increasing cardio a good idea e.g. Not putting all your eggs in one basket? Therfore adding a day and/or time to cardio sessions

    Cheers

I'd have to say some of that is genetics. Have you considered taking your leg workouts into high reps and really feeling a burn? I would recommend the Stair Machine but that's just my .02...
