    new questions

oki understand your body need carbs after your lifts

however, i lift at 5 30 pm; PWO is at 6:30
PPWO (yam and chicken) is at 8:00pm
and i go to bed at 9

i feel like taking in carbs this close to bed is bad. what do you all think

also, i am on a strict cutting diet similar to the one in rambos sticky
if i were to add a first cycle of AAS (test only) what kind of results could i expect?

no its not.. as long as you take rala which helps to shuttle the carbs to its proper place it would curb your results.. and no aas isnt a good idea this early in the ballgame..

I believe he means to get the diet down first for a few months before adding in anything.

Carbs at that time of night if you sat on your (__!__) all day is a bad idea, yes. However, strenuous weight training is indicative of NEEDING adequate pwo nutrition, or you can kiss the lean mass gains bye-bye like a candle in the wind.

But it's an Elton John analogy. Does Swole need some anti-e's?

Taking in carbs close to bed is bad, but if you lift late, it is necessary. I usually only wait 45 mins to 1 hr after my pwo meal to eat my ppwo meal. For instance, you can eat your ppwo meal at 7:15 then eat a smaller portion slow digesting protein alone or pro/fat meal before bed.

Many people, myself included, tend to put on excess body fat if too many carbs are taken in around nighttime. It is just my opinion based on how it has worked for me. IMO it's better to go pro/fat b/c the protein digests slower anyways.
