the problem is that it is a 6 mo. study...look at a 12 mo. study... you will see that low fat will catch up and the low carb will platue. I don't believe in either....

I'm debating with myself wether cutting a bit or not. I've always been skinny but since I started training (6-7 years ago) I've pretty much tried to bulk up ever since. Wasn't planning on going the atkins way but maybe something similar just with a little more carbs. Pretty much following the good advice in Rambo's sticky.

I am probably in the best shape of my life right now. Best definition with abs I have ever had. Basicly eating my normal low carb stuff and working out really hard. Muscle came back in a couple weeks, but not the fat so the definition looks pretty good. Thanks for asking.Quote:
