Flax Seed Help

i would say one tablespoon. because a pill contains 1 gram flax, a tablespoon of flax contains 14 grams.

Do you have any specfic evidence? The reason being I want to make sure my diet is adjusted if I do take them as I can get them for free.

I typed a long ass response and it doesn't show!! WTF!!

It's 1/14th of a TBSP. Reason being, 1 entire TBSP is 14 grams of fat. The caps you have are one gram of fat each, hence "1 gram caps". So, u need 13 more to equal 1 tbsp.

I know with the normal capsules you would have to take around 14to get what is in a single tablespoon of the liquid.

I like to buy the whole seeds. Take a tablespoon, put it in a coffee grinder for a few seconds and mix it in my oatmeal. That way you get all the fiber to.

why would you mix fat and carbs.. ?

and 3 tbsp = approx 10 grams..

let me correct myself, sc is right 1 pill = 1gram ; i tablespoon 14g, hence 1 pill = 1/14 of a tablespoon; 1tablespoon=14 pills
