for the last year or so my diet has been harsh slacking and its only been around 2.5 weeks since i started a bulkin diet (it still isnt perfect, and im not goin to start my cycle until it is), and iv been increasing weight in the gym in almost every excerise. I havent been increasin weight in the gym since my diet went to crap so this is a huge steppin stone for me. And to top it all off a gurl i know hasnt seen me in about 2 weeks and she even said im lookin bigger.
LOL.... dude you lost me. So you are saying your diet is better now and it only took 2 weeks to start seeing gains again right? That is awesome bro... why don't you post your diet here so we can all see it and crtique it so you can have it perfected and start yoru cycle. Also post your stats, proposed cycle, and your typical workout routine.

yah im kind of excited i had a feelin id lose someone with my excitement. Ill post my diet and the rest in about an hour cuz im starving and i wanna eat. lol
