Diet Check before starting lean mass cycle help!
I want to make sure my diet looks good before i start my prop/fina/var cycle. Please give me an tips on what else to eat or not..I am looking ot gain 10-15 pounds of lean mass. I do 30min of cardio 4 times a week but was going to drop it to 2 times..
Btw.. I only eat tuna fish mixed with very little low fat mayo otherwise no fish
Please critique away...I need the help
8:30
6 egg whites w/ Turkey or Ham
10:00
Bowl of protein ceral
8 oz of soy milk
12:30
2 scoops of Whey
8 oz of soy milk
1:30
2 slices of wheat bread
1/2 pound of low fat sliced turkey, Ham or roast beef
or 1 can of tuna salad
3:00
Protein Bar(30 grams of protein)
4:00
Fresh fruit
4:30
1/2 pound of low fat sliced turkey, Ham or roast beef
or 1 can of tuna salad
somtimes on 2 slices of bread
6:00-7:00
2 pieces of grilled chicken or turkey chops (about .75/lb - 1 lb)
or
lean steak
or
1/2 of buffalo chop mean
veggie
8:30
2 scoops of Whey
8 oz of soy milk
banana
10:00
A few slices of turkey to hold me over till morning

PWO meal???? and why less the cardio??? well neways check out the cutting sticky and construct from there b/c a bunch is wrong with the diet

Definietly research post workout nutrition, and in my opinion your carb sources are horrible. Your only carbs appear to come from bread and cereal. I would go with yams, brown rice, and oatmeal.
