    Critique my diet for bulking plzzz>>>

    Im on a cutting cycle right now, but i want to bulk up a too, i know it all depends ont he diet so here it is..

    7:AM - protien shake 50g protien 30g carbs
    - bagel 6g protien 31g carbs

    9:15 - pasta 6g protien 32g carbs
    - chicken breast 36g protien 2g carbs
    -rice 3g protien 33g carbs
    - muffin 3g protien 58g carbs

    11:45 -chicken 32g protien 2g carbs
    -rice 3g protien 33g carbs
    -beef, hot dog 19g protien 1g carbs

    3:PM -protien bar 32g protien 40g carbs
    - bannana 1g protien 27g carbs
    - raisens 2g protien 39g carbs
    - tuna sandwich 23g protien 12 g carbs

    6:15 - protien shake 52g prtoien 30g carbs
    -(6)amino acid tablets 24g protien

    GYM WORKOUT after 7 to 8:30 pm

    9m -Protien shake 52g protien 40g carbs
    -chicken 35g protien 2g carbs
    -potato 5g protien 30g carbs
    -rice 3g proten 30g carbs

    total 384g protien 472g carbs


    Im 5'8" 162lbs 8%BF

    I'm lost as to how you can be on a cutting cycle/diet, but want to bulk too.
    It has to be one or the other, and it's not possible to critique a layout that attempts to address both goals.

    I can say that w/all the processed crappy foods you have listed, getting cut or "cutting" does not appear to be in the cards for you. Cardio is also a huge key in cutting, and I don't see that anywhere.

    Perhaps the others can offer more insight.

    Are you trying to lean bulk?

    Please be more specific about your goals so we have room to critique your diet.

    if your trying to clean bulk bro then check out the sticky b/c there is a bunch of things wrong with that diet. . .if ya waan junk bulk and dont care how you look then eat w/e the hell ya want

    The problem w/that statement is that it's a non-sequitor. Diet is first.........so if you are trying to bulk, your diet should reflect that, but you're cycle should also back that up.

    Food/Diet is what "makes" a cutting/bulking "cycle", not the drugs you utilize.
