    Is my Diet in Check

    I am cutting for summer and wanted to check and see if my diet was inline to acheive my goals. I want to get down to about 6% or 7% bf.

    - Stats -
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 165
    Body Fat: 10%
    Cardio: 45- 60 minutes 5-6 days a week
    Lift: 5-6 days a week 60 - 90 min


    - DIET -
    7:00 am
    - 45 - 60 min of cardio at target hr

    8:15 am
    - 2 scps Protein
    - tbsp fo Flax

    10:00 am
    - 5 egg whites / 1 egg cooked with deli chicken breast
    - almonds

    12:45 pm
    - R-ALA and Biotin
    - Chicken Breast
    - 1-2 cups of steamed green veggies
    - 1-1.5 cup of brown rice

    4:30 pm
    - Can of Tuna w/ Mayo and Mustard
    - scp protein

    5:45 pm
    - Lift

    7:30 pm ( 15 - 20 minutes after lifting )
    - R-ALA and Biotin
    - 2 scps Protien
    - Gatorade (Dex on the way)

    8:30pm
    - Chicken/Steak
    - 1-2 cups of steamed green veggies


    *** protien is ISOPure carb free 25g protien per scp


    Any help is much appreciated .

    I would take the brown rice out of the 12:45 meal and put a fat in its place. Add the brown rice to your 8:30 meal.

    Cool thx bros, whats the reason for the switch though? Switching would mean no carbs until the end of the day. Is this to help repair muscle and break down protien at night and restore glycogen levels. Will I feel drained during my lifting w/out any carbs to burn.

    Its to keep lyposis (fat burning) after cardio running strong all day untill u lift. once u lift or introduce carbs, lyposis is interupted. Your energy levels should be fine IMO, u will be burning fat for energy thoughout the day. i persoanlly consume an apple 45 minutes before i lift though.

    take some ephedrine/caffine tablets.. they'll have you jumpin around

    hell yeah, i eat these bad boys before every cardio session as well.
