    dont know what it turns into however i do know that milk makes me go take a dump. Its like a laxative for me.

    i am slightly alergic to milk doctors told me this when i was 10 yrs old. But im not lactose intolerant, i guess it all depends on whos drinking it but my guess is it turns to urine cuz its not a solid its a fluid.

    interesting question. when i drink milk excesively my bowels turn. i am lactose intolerant.

    exactly bro i do. that is why i cant have too much milk. too much means anything more than a tall glass and its off to the bathroom all night long!

    Buy yourself a bottle of the lactase pills. I crush them and mix them into any milk I drink, in protein shakes, etc. They're pretty cheap at Costo - like $10 for 120 pills or something like that.
