Cottage Cheese?
Does anyone eat cottage cheese for a good source of protein. I have low fat cottage cheese and it has like 20g of protein per cup and only 2g of fat.

I can't get enought of the stuff. I eat about a 250 ml container everyother day. Yum Yum

i dont know why some people cant eat cottage cheese, it aint that bad at all and its super rich in protein, def a keeper

Tastes great, I like it, but I cut it out when dieting as I cut out all dairy.

A bowl of oatmeal and low fat cottage cheese is great in the morning when I'm in a rush for work. pro/carb meal on the run

Unless he eats non-fat cottage cheese.
