    Cottage Cheese?

Does anyone eat cottage cheese for a good source of protein. I have low fat cottage cheese and it has like 20g of protein per cup and only 2g of fat.

I eat the full fat cottage cheese sometimes as my last meal with some fats because of its slow digesting properties..

Tastes great, I like it, but I cut it out when dieting as I cut out all dairy.
