Diet While On Roids,pls Input

Hey Guys On My Coasre Of Roids Now.pls Give Advise On My Diet
M1.8.00{4egg Whites Oatmeal 100gram Yougart
M2.11.00{8egg Whites Omlet 1 Patatoe
M3.14.00{meal Replace Drink 40grams Protein 20carbs
M4 Post Work Out Whey Protein 40 Gram Protein
M5 Right After Work Out. Brown Rice An Chicken
M6.20.00 Chicken Mix Veggie
An I Also Eat A Can Of Tuna Just Before I Go To Bed.
Do You Guys Think I Am Eating Enought Protein An Carbs Pls Pls Give Input On Diet I Really Suck At It.
But Sometimes I Can Only Eat My M6 At 21.00 Due To Working Late An Dont Have Time To Eat At Work. I Work Shifts.

what are your goals??? your stats???? but either way construct a diet based on the stickys above b/c you have many flaws in your diet

Get your dietary plan of attack in order FIRST, then begin your gear if you are going to do that. If not, your gear will be all for nothing. You've got to plan better and make better food choices. Just curious as well, how old are you?

thanks for your replies.i still have a lot to learn.were can i get a good diet program while on roids.cos i already started my stack now.an just stressed out now due to my diet cos it f@#$%#$# sucks. help would be needed pls

It should serve you well if you follow it correctly, yes.

Word to the wise and to use this as an example, ALWAYS get your diet in order FIRST, then you add whatever you are going to add. Putting the cart before the horse leads to this kind of thing.
