Just finished cheat meal(wow i was like an animal)???

so its sunday and thats my cheat meal day so where i live right now its around 3:00pm. I just finished my cheat meal it was bbQ. I had steak after steak after steak along with lean pork chops, chicken legs and mashed potatoes(few cookies for desert). There was one thing i felt was pretty odd i could never seem to get full the more i ate the more i wanted it. It was kinda freaky. My family looked at me as if i were possesed. Could this have anything to do with my metabolism being so high right now cuz of cutting?

your metabolism being high due to cutting? No. You are taking in a deficit of calories thus your metabolism is pretty slow for now. Also, don't worry about the amount of food you ate, its nothing really. If you feel too full go for an hour's worth of walking.

Last night I ate 2 burgers from mcdnoalds then went home and had a few pork chops and rice and veggies and and then I went to a friends BBQ and had 2 more burgers and 2 steaks alone with shat loads of potatoe salad and macaroni salad, I ate some doritos and some mexican chip dip and polished it all of with a ton of fruit from the huge fruit plate that someone brought and then a few bowls of cereal before bed.

I've been cheating to carb up, and watching fat intake. But I still had 3 cookies, a slice of cheesecake, a slice of marble cake, and a scoop of ice cream. Then I felt guilty and ran.

Fuc@ i wish that guilt thing didnt creep up on us after having something that tastes good. Its like while your eating your excited but i always know in the back of my mind that im gonna feel so guilty afterwards. We really shouldnt feel guilty we deserve it.

hey guys, sorry to but in your thread but I didn't think it warranted a new one.

But I just gone done cheating hardcore and I feel very very very guilty I can go without cheating for weeks or even months, but just now I ate two HUGE bowls of ice cream, cinnamon toast crunch, fritos, and an ENTIRE BAG of peanuts. I have no idea what came over me hehe, usually when I cheat, it's somewhat healthy ala steak or eggs with the yolks in them or something, but this was flat all out cheating!!! I've cheated like 3 times like this this week, and I hadn't cheated in weeks and weeks and weeks before this

Someone please tell me this is healthy. Say something like, "oh your body needs the occasional excess amounts of saturated fats and ice cream every once in a while to give it something new". I mean it's good to cheat, but not this bad eh?

    thanks

Actually if you go weeks and months without cheating than yes, it is good for you! You need to setup a "cheat day" every week, that you can eat whatever you want. Your body needs it! If your going for fat burning than you definitely need a cheat day once a week! I cant believe you go weeks and months without a cheat day!!! Thats crazy!!! LOL!!

I know it's good to have a cheat day, but I only have like cheat meals like once every two weeks. Lately I've had three cheat DAYS in like a week hehe. Oh well, starting tomorrow I'm back on 110% with a cheat day once a week heck, I guess I can consider the three days like I had one HUGE cheat day, so maybe now I feel less guilty. I'm still gonna go run now though hehe

I bet if you had a cheat meal once a week you would not go so crazy. Two weeks to a month is a long time to eat "clean", I would freak out and go crazy for three days too!

While we are on the subject, do most of you guys incorporate a "cheat meal" or a "cheat day"? For the past 2 months I have been having a cheat meal once a week.

I cheat the entire day if I feel like it, but usually just an all out meal, then something later on smaller, once the initial bloat goes away.

U ain't gonna get fat in a day......

Thats what I first thought too when I was "uneducated".......Subway has a lot of carbs, especially with the bread and everything. What the "world" thinks is "healthy" is what we think is a cheat day. Thats why half the world is nothing but fat lazy uneducated ****s!!

I see this as a reason you are getting frustrated with cutting, and why you've almost given up in that other thread the other day. You'll have to completely re-think a cheat day and what it entails to get ripped as you desire.

People who shows for a living do. They know the in's and out's of getting ripped to the bone. I know when I'm in the single digits I have clean carb up days to help keep myself in those digits.

ok now I just got ALOT more respect for the guys in contest shape.

What exactly is allowed on a clean cheat day? Same rules as always? no carbs and fat in the same meals ect? How much extra carbs should be consumed during a cheat day?

I didnt mix fats and carbs in the same meals but I have kind of this set up:

    Meal 1,4,5,6- Pro/Carb

    Meal 2,3,7- Pro/Fat

I have to tinker like mad to figure out my macronutrient needs though, but it's well worth it.
