    Better question is which ones you are NOT missing.

    Honestly, and I'll stop here. You'll have to read the thread recommended, understand it, and put together a plan of attack that indicates you have read and understood the said thread. At that point in time you'll receive help in critiquing your plan, but until then there is nothing else really to say.

    OK, I'll give you a starting point...

    1) Find out how many calories you need to maintain your weight.
    2) Consume 500 more than this for bulking
    3) Eat at least 6 meals a day
    4) Eat protein at every meal
    5) Eat either carbs or fats with every meal - never eat protein alone
    6) Never eat both carbs and fats atthe same meal.

    Your killing me. Did you see my last post? Does your diet follow those rules? To start with you have protein AND fat AND carbs at just about every meal. And you're not eating enough. You should have 1.5g of protein for every pound of bodyweight.
