Ok Heres My New Diet.pls Give Input.
Ok Here Is My New Diet. Was Doing A Bet Of Reaserch.
Meal:1 At 0700
6scrambeled Egg Whites,100grams Oats, 1pc Toast With Peanut Butter
Meal:2 At 0930 2 Sandwitch With Tuna An Lettuce An Cocumber On Hole Wheat Bread With One Bananna.
Meal:3 At 1230 2 Chicken Breast Fillet {200grams} 100grams Whole Wheat Pasta An 100grams Mixed Viggies
Meal:4 At 1630 2 Pc Toast With 10mg Peanut Butter An 1 Mass Protein Drink{47g Protein 30grams Carbs 2gram Fat
Meal:5 At 1800 2 Chicken Breast{200grams} An 159gram Patatoe With 200grams Mixed Viggies
Late Night Snack Before Bed 40grams Whey Protein With Water
Will Drink 3-4 Liters Of Water A Day.
But Not To Sure Wat I Must Eat B4 Work Out Must I Have So Whey Protein.i Always Eat Right After My Workout Meaning I Always Workout Between Meals So When Iam Done I Will Eat Meal5 Straight Away Or Must I Just Have Some Whey Protein After.
Do You Think This Will Be Fine.i Am Also On A Cycle Of Test Cy An Equipose

okmguys was just reading some threads here.an read about dextrose were do i buy it do i just go the the local gym supplement shop an ask for it.

Third, what are your goals? I'll assume you want to bulk, but it's not explicitly stated.
Fourth, you can buy dextrose at a home brew shop or some health food stores. you can also buy it online.
Fifth, when do you workout?

I'm not pissed, I just have nothing to comment on.
You have your proposed layout. We also have 2 comprehensive stickies in the forum that you can use as a good "starting point" of sorts. These principles are known to work for the majority of people, hence our chosen "starting point". Once you incorporate those suggestions/patterns/etc. into your own plan, and present it for critique, I am sure you'll get a lot more responses w/tactile help.

Sorry bro, its just alittle funny on how persistant you are with tryin to have people find a diet for you.
In all honesty, you first post on this thread says youve been doin alotta research but your diet that follows this comment is based nothing on the sticky which leads alot of to believe you havent been doin research. A good indication of this is your PWO nutrition, i mean no matter where or what you research, everyone seems to have the same idea of what you should consume PWO and your PWO falls way short of this.

What specifically do you find expensive about the diet in the sticky? If there are specific things that are more expensive in South Africa, we may be able to offer some alternatives.

sorry guys i use this system for work so my caps i need on for work an just keep on forgetting to take it of. i meant all they whey protein he using will cost a lot of money cost that stuff is costy. must i take whey protein b4 my work an after. after i will take dextrose with it. can i throw in some oats in my shake after my work out.

The only time you HAVE to take why is immediately after you lift, mixed with your dextrose. Any other time of the day you can have your protein via any other source.

hi giuys iam back agian. ok i made my food for today. an it was excat well almost just a littel bit of changes to suit me. pls input. hope i dont make you guys laugh again.lol
meal 1-250ml egg whites/2pc hole wheat toast with penut butter/30grams oats
meal 2- 1/2 can tuna with a bit of brown rice/ 15ml flax oil
meal 3- 8eggs& 1 onion mixed with some plain soy mince$1 yogurt$bananna
meal 4-200grams chicken 50 grams mix viggies$5ml flax seed oil
work out will have some whey protein& an after workout will have some whey with dextrose an some oats mixed
meal 5- 1 pc chicken with yougart.
how much dextrose must i take with my whey protein.
