My GF is 5'3" 134lbs 19%BF, hse has nice body, but just a little thick aorund the love handles and her back. Now she works out with me. The only thing is her diet, anybody recoomend a diet for her, so some foods. She wants to lose about 10LBS......I have her doing a lot cardio with light weights, just need help on her eating routine and diet.....
