    how many tablespoons of flax oil is safe to have without turning to fat?

    hey if i have lets say 500-600 calories a day from flax oil? thats 120 calorie per tablespoon , havin them at various times of the day is that ok??

    what is the most I can have without having it turn ot fat directly... does anyone know anything about this:

    perfectly fine. You could have all your fats come from flax if you wanted to. Just aslong as your total fat for the day is at the number you want per day dont worry about how much of it is flax. Flax can only benefit you and give you a healthier body. Hence the name "healthy fat".

    Yeah, and you avoid taking it with/around carb meals.

    Dont eat more than 3 tbsp at one sitting or you'll DIE!!

    what about CLA? i have a ton of Tonalin CLA gel caps i brought recently from vitamin shoppe. Can i subsitute CLA in place of flax for a healthy fat content while cutting ?? or is flax a better source and i should just use that instead ?

    CLA is crap and takes large doses and a long a$$ time to give any possible results that you couldnt already get with flax and almonds.

    daman what is so bad about having more than 3 tbsp per setting. is it just the taste because once i had alot and i almost gagged.

    I'd utilize CLA in between meals in conjunction WITH flax oil or your healthy fat of choice in the other fat/protein meals. I like the Tonalin CLA, and 5-10 grams daily is good.

    Only problem with it is that most of them come in 500mg or 1000mg capsules and taking 8-16 a day can become very pricey.

    swole just wondering how long you have been training ? your body is like perfect, how much are u weighting in at right now?
