    Ok Here Is The New Diet??

    Meal1-250ml Egg Whites/40grams Oatmeal/2pc Hole Wheat Toast With P/b

    Meal2- 1hole Can Tuna/5ml Flax Oil


    Meal3 8egg Whites With Soy Mince/ 1 Bananna/1 Fat Free Yogart 20grams Whey.


    Meal4 1 Hole Can Tuna/5ml Flax Oil


    Meal5 250 Grams Chicken Breast 200grams Brown Rice


    Traning

    Pwo 50grams Whey Protein 100grams Dextrose/5ml Flax Oil


    Meal6 200grams Chicken Breast. 1 Yougart Fat Free.an 20grams Whey




    Is This Just A Littel Bit Betta At Least If It Sucks Then Dont Even Reply. Dont Want To Waste Your Guys Time

    Ok I'm not the diet guru but just a few things that I see, and SC or someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    1. Take the flax out of your 1st PWO meal. You dont want that fat mixed in with your carbs.

    2. Looks like you need more carbs @ meal #6 This would be your 2nd PWO and you need more carbs, actually carbs period!

    3. Take the Yogart out of your meal 6. If this is a cutting diet then you dont need dairy. And just FYI.....if its low to no fat, it means extra carbs, extra sugar.

    4. Is this a cutting diet?? If so, wheres the cardio??? All I see is training.


    Looks like you need a little more research bro. Check out the diet abiove on how to cut (if thats what your going for). Research research research bro. No one is going to make your diet for you. Sounds like you just need to call it quits and get a hold of SC and let him help you out! Best investment you'll ever make IMO!!!

    SC is Swolecat. You've seen him post on here. Probably posted on your threads also. He's a Diet Guru here and on many other boards, and has his own program and website that you need to check out:
