    macros for almonds..

    how much fat does an almond have? i checked on CalorieKing.com and it says one almond has approx 0.6g of fats..is this accurate? cos i hope i could eat more of that..! hehe

    Sounds about right, considering the jar I have lists 27 pieces (almonds) having 16 grams of fat. So yes, it's close.

    urgh...i really hope an almond has lesser fat..so i can eat more!!!! haha..a least i know i have my macros right..tnx swole!
