    Diet on Non-workout days

    What does your diet usually look like on non-workout days??

    same as workout days minus the carb/protein meals, instead i will replace with fat/protein meals.

    You replace all your meals with pro/fat?? I atleast have 1 pro/carb meal... usually meal 5. Just depends if I do cardio in the morning or not. If I do it in the morning on off days I eat my pro/carb meal for meal 5, but if I do cardio later in the afternoon then I eat the pro/carb meal for breakfast. I don't like complete keto weekends....

    i should have clarified bro, nope i do not replace all with pro/fat. i have one carb meal during the day. usually for lunch time. i need some carbs in the day to function normally

    No carbs at breakfast when not doing cardio?

    It depends. If Im not doing cardio then my first meal is pro/carb. If I am doing cardio, then its pro/fat.

    on non lifiting days with cardio in the morning ill have about 50-60 g of carbs in the form of 200g of yams at meal 4.
