Diet Help

Hey guys,

Just started a deca (400 mg/wk), d-bol (25/mg day), and sustanon (250 mg/wk) cycle. I'm 5'8, 170 lbs, about 13% BF and this is my first cycle. I'm looking to put on some size. I know I need to eat at least 1.5 grams of proteing per pound of bodyweight, but how many carbs/fat should I be consuming. Also I drink 1 gallon water day and multivitamin.

LMFAO!!! Yeah, I hear ya brutha.............

I've been shoutin' this out loud, torrets style out of no-where, during the last few days.....uncontrollable sh*t......direct side affect of the board here...........

Imagine being me in line at the post office yelling, "sticky sticky, must look at sticky, give me sticky now, sticky sticky sticky......."

Needless to say people let me cut!
