    What's ur PWS ?

    What's ur Post Workout Shake ?

    My Shake.

    10 g Creatine
    80 g Whey
    160 g Maltodextrin
    500 Ml's Milk.

    bro your pwo seems a bit of an overkill just my 02

    during my bulking i will have weider mega mass with extra optimum whey
    carb: 100
    protein:50

    normally il just have 75gram dex/46g protein

    Hey swole, at my gym they make this shake:

    10-16 oz Apple juice
    1 banana
    1 meal replacement (several kinds: Myoplex deluxe/lite, Labrada lean body/lowcarb) whichever one we choose

    is this a decent PWS???

    5 small scoops of powdered gatorade, 40 grams of whey protein, 16 oz water.

    i just have 2 scoops ON whey w/ dextrose. im thinking about starting to add a banana to my PWO shake though. does anyone add banana to theres?

    Nope, not decent. Apple juice/banana do not fit the bill.

    i get extreme loose bowel movements and spend most of my time cursing in the bathroom. got milk
