it is better to get your nutrients from whole foods as much as possible.

Dude, you definately need to eat more than that. You'll be much better off in the long run if you establish a good solid diet based on the sticky here.
man I have a ton of shakes a day, but I also have at least 5 real meals too. You need real food to fuel yourself with.
i had to supplement alot of shakes in my diet yesturday cause of finals and i didnt get a chance to prepare my foods the night before, so i was drinking one right after the other. ****, when i started to walk after school i got such HUGE stomach achs and was on the toliet bowl for 45 minutes ****ting nothing but brown liquid and it felt like it was never gonna stop. :frown: its was gross.
