On my off days when Im very low on carbs Im usualy pretty cold.
But by just adding 3-4 pears(I guess thats roughly 30-40g carbs)I get very hot and sweaty.
The thing is carbs from say brown rice, oatmeal or potatoes doesnt at all do that to me. Only fruits.
I guess increased bodyheat=more kcal burned. But if those kcal burned is only the carbs I consume then that is no good.
So my question is would those 3 pears a day be detrimental or good for my diet. Does the increased bodyheat and extra vitamins mean more fat burned, or is it just the carbs burning and the fat stores are not affected.
Is it only the carbs in the fruits that are making me hot or does fruits contain something that increase metabolism?
